Over the past few weeks, fans and service workers alike took to @tristanstone74’s viral TikTok with their collective tales of JLo woe, elucidating how the “Let’s Get Loud” songstress allegedly fails to treat staffers with even an iota of respect.  


“When she has drivers, the number one rule she has for them is they can’t look at her, they can’t talk to her, and her luggage is never allowed to touch the ground,” recounted user @redpeppaflake, noting her father, who worked as a driver purportedly “refused” to pick up the Hustlers star “because of how awful she treated the drivers.” “If any of those things happen, she will go out of her way to make sure you get fired.”

Even abiding by the rules of the road, it seems, is deemed a fireable offense in Lopez’s book.


“If you have to look in the rearview mirror while you’re driving, she will call that you trying to look at her and proceed to berate you,” @redpeppaflake added.


Beyond her disdain for drivers, it seems Lopez also has another arch nemesis: Anyone — even her husband, Sultan of Cigs, Misery and Dunkin Donuts, Ben Affleck — leaving more than a $10 tip.


During a trip to Las Vegas, Nev., Lopez was so concerned about the state of her $400 million net worth, that she began snatching generous tips from workers’ hands and replacing them with a much, much smaller bills.


“Ben’s a great tipper and he respects service workers, so he tipped a lot of people a lot of money that night,” @redpeppaflake continued. “Jennifer goes around to each of those people and takes back the tip and gives them maybe $5, $10 bucks — maybe. She is an awful person.”


Yet it seems this tale of stingy Sin City taker-backery may not be a one-off fueled by a rough night at the slot machines, Twitter user @margarita_wine recounting another instance of the good ‘ol JLo bait and switch.



“A friend of mine works room service in Vegas,” they remembered. “He brought drinks and food up to their hotel room. Ben Affleck tipped him a hundred dollars in cash. Jennifer walked up to him, looked him right in the eye & snatched the money out of his hand. Gave him back a 5 dollar bill & laughed.”


Though JLo has remained tight-lipped on the onslaught of stories — including the definitely NOT-a-shitpost-tale of jumping out of a Lambo and shooting someone in the face with a bow and arrow — her alibi is likely set in stone: All of these service workers were just Virgos.
